Refund policy

You may return any unwanted items to AMRHEA within 14 days from receipt of the goods. All returned items must be sent back at the customer’s expense, in their original condition with all original tags attached. Items will be inspected upon arrival and will be returned to the sender if they do not meet these requirements. Should a refund be refused, the item will be shipped back to you.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that all returned goods are sent with a tracked and insured shipping service covering the full value of the item. In case of dispute, please retain proof of delivery, as AMRHEA does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

If you choose to use a return label provided by AMRHEA, the return must be shipped using the original courier bag in which the order was delivered. The use of external packaging such as boxes or alternative packaging may result in higher shipping charges, and any additional costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

We will process your return and issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends solely on the processing policies of your bank, and we have no control over these timelines.

Please note that the customer assumes full responsibility for any parcels returned to us. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees will be deducted from the total refund amount where applicable.

Additionally, any duties or penalties resulting from incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from the refund. If a delivery is refused by the recipient, any associated return shipping costs, customs charges, or administrative fees will also be deducted from the refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, the original product must first be returned for a refund, after which a new order should be placed. All items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
